Return process
1. Please contact Leah Collie via email [email protected] to apply for return within the 7 natural days return validity period. Your order number and reason for return are required. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.
2. After successfully applying for return, please send the filtered water bottle to 29 W 33rd St, Bayonne, New Jersey, 07002-3907, with the addressee being Leah Collie. Once shipped, email your order number and courier information to [email protected].
Packaging the product: Pack the filtered water bottle properly in the original box and return it with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
3. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return shipping costs
If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the customer decides to return the product due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange process

3. After we sign for receipt, a new filtered water bottle will be sent within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Exchange freight
If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.
Relisting fee
You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
