How to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, you can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, you need to contact Leah Collie by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.
The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.
How long is the return validity period?
In order to protect your rights and interests, we have set the return validity period to 7 natural days. The return validity period starts from the day you receive the item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
